Article IX: Records
The corporation shall keep correct and complete books and records of account and shall also keep minutes of the proceedings of its members and Board of Directors. All books and records of the corporation may be inspected by any member, or member鈥檚 agent or attorney for any proper purpose at any reasonable time. Minutes shall be recorded at all meetings and a Treasurer鈥檚 report shall be prepared at least annually.
