Title IX

There is an enormous amount of concern right now in our society about safety on our college and university campuses, and here you will find information about how to stay safe, how to report incidents, what your rights are, and what resources are available to assist you. Topics that are addressed include sexual misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Please read through the site, ask questions, arrange for a training session for your group, and learn how to report if you need to. Title IX is often thought of as an athletics-focused federal statute, but in reality, it covers almost all programs at our university. We especially urge you to read the definitions provided. You may be surprised, for example, to learn what consent or sexual harassment really means. Let鈥檚 be informed, be respectful in relationships, and be safe.

Please know that 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播 - Fort Smith employees that are not designated a confidential resource, are required to report acts of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, stalking, sexual exploitation, and retaliation to the Office of Title IX. All faculty and staff are also required to complete yearly Title IX training.
